Shipping & Delivery Policy

Jaysias sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped and no shipping charges apply.

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your pattern is available right away:

• A download link appears on your order confirmation page.
• A copy is emailed to the address you used at checkout.
• You can re-download any time from your account under "Purchases."

If your download doesn't arrive, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at info@us-jaysias.com and we'll resend it. Patterns are supplied as PDF files, so you'll need a free PDF reader to open them.
